I just used the tracking number that you wrote here, and it worked fine. Since we use EMS - try using the EMS Malaysia website https://www.ems.post/en/global-network/tracking and put in the tracking number EG254351751KR

It shows me that your order is held for customs clearance in Kuala Lumpur Airport. If it hasn't cleared customs within a few days, please call EMS Malaysia.

I got a tracking number from email received. The first day I checked it and it's still available. But yesterday I checked it, it went missing.

Is there any other tracking number for me to trace to bag? EG254351751KR, the original tracking number is this.
