The CINDY bag is a great size. I can fit my 24oz hydroflask in one of the side pockets, and a compact umbrella in the other, but they both stick up from the bag. In addition to those two side pockets, there are two more bigger pockets in the bag. I can fit my wallet in one pocket, but it can be a struggle to get my iPhone XS (with an otterbox case) out of the other pocket. A huge factor into purchasing the bag was the wide crossbody strap. All of my bags have the tiny straps that dig into your shoulder when you put anything in it and I hated it. The adjustable crossbody strap for this bag is great! It doesn't hurt my shoulder and I feel like it takes the pressure off a bit more than smaller straps. The canvas handles feel soft yet very durable. The leather feels and looks high quality and the stitching is great. I absolutely love this bag – it's the perfect size for daily wear, the button snap closure is strong, the dividing pockets are great for organizing and are convenient. I purchased the bag in black and I would describe the color of the bag as a true black. The overall structure of the bag is durable and wont lose it's shape. The only thing that caught me off guard was that the lettering on the bag and on the signature canvas tag was more orange/warm-tone than I expected it to be. I had thought the lettering was white, but when I looked closer at the images online, it does appear to be a little warm-toned. I purchased the bag on Jan. 13 and received it on Jan. 22. The shipping speed was great, given that I live in the US and the bag is coming from S. Korea. They also provided a tracking number once my order shipped so that was nice, too. For those who are looking to buy from Marhen.J, the package needed to be signed for when it was delivered so keep that in mind. The bag also arrived beautifully packaged – in the box, the bag was put into a dust-bag, tied with a ribbon, and put into a large black shopping bag. I absolutely love my CINDY bag and will most likely purchase more from Marhen.J.
